I wrote I Am Here for It because I know what it's like to keep waiting for your life to get easier, calmer, more organized, more impressive. Or to wait until you become some magically finished version of yourself before you let yourself really live it.
At its heart, I Am Here for It is a philosophy on choosing yourself, wanting more, and taking the whole fucking pie.
This five-week experience brings that philosophy into real life, part by part. We'll read, talk, reflect, laugh, ask better questions, and bring the work into the lives we're actually living right now.
You don't have to perform, pretend you have it all figured out, or arrive with the perfect words. Bring your questions, your sense of humor, and your real life. We'll make room for the whole thing.
Inside the Book
Inside the book, I guide readers through a transformation: from feeling fragmented, disconnected, or stuck to becoming more integrated, grounded, and fully alive. We move through eight dimensions of being human, including mind, body, nervous system, identity, relationships, expression, presence, and the ripple our lives create, and then bring those ideas into the places where change becomes real: movement, nourishment, love, play, boundaries, purpose, work, money, success, leadership, and courage.
Drawing from my life as a dancer, chef, restaurant owner, and woman who has had to rebuild herself more than once, I share personal stories, humor, spirituality, hard-earned lessons, and honest reflection. This is a book about what it takes to stop living in pieces, reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve abandoned or outgrown, and begin living as the whole, complicated, powerful person you are.
